Jeffrey Ford is a successful film editor, with over 19 Editor credits to his name - but I knew him way back when.

In today's interview, we travel into his film-making days as a kid in Troutdale, OR, up to his days at USC, into a tale about the great Richard Donner, and up through his adventure editing the latest Avengers film.

He's learned a lot, and he shares a lot in this 30+ minute interview!

The picture, by the way, is from a post-college trip to LA to visit :)

Mark almost never got off the ground. In this revealing interview, he discusses what it took to get him in the air for the Air Force, and in total control of both aviation and musical instruments.

He also addresses the recent engine explosion, how it happened, and how pilots are trained to handle it - and how that can help you in your life and business.

What does he know that you should know?

Paula has a unique perspective on the importance of finding your voice. From the age of 18 to 34 she worked in the sex industry, mainly as a stripper. Transitioning to civilian life was very challenging.this gave her a great deal of perspective on what it's like to be a marginalized person whose voice is ignored.

The "Strive! Handbook for Awesomeness" and it's companion "The Advanced Handbook for Awesomeness". She uses these tools to help kids think about who they are and what's important to them. To help them find their voices, walk through their fear and into their confidence.

Her business, Headstart public speaking for kids, is it it's fifth year now. Paula hopes to bring this program to as many kids as possible to empower the next generation.
